Itinerary
1. Pick up from your hotel or hostel in Taghazout around 8 o’clock in the morning.
2. First stop of the day at the pottery house to witness one of the oldest decorative arts, consisting of objects crafted from clay and hardened with heat.
3. After a 20-minute off-road rally along the Atlantic Ocean, we will make another stop to see the cave-dwelling fishermen’s houses.
4. Another brief stop at the Souss Massa river to observe the migrating birds (with the possibility of spotting flamingos at the river).
5. A quick visit to the old walled Berber city of Tiznit.
6. Lunch break (Tajine + Couscous) at a local’s house nestled between the Atlas Mountains in Rsmouka.
7. Visit to the Small Sahara of Rsmouka (with the option of a camel ride tour in the mini Sahara for an additional fee).
8. Visit to the Youssef Ben Tachfine water dam for a breathtaking panoramic scene.
9. Return journey back to your accommodation in Taghazout.
